The doctor took time to go through all of my medication‘s and supplements to see if there were some that I was duplicating. I appreciate her patience and smile!

First visit, great experience. Dr Gisha is really informative and provides her patients a sense of care.

Very disappointed. I am a new patient and went online to schedule my appointment after reading all the great reviews. Well, the young lady at the office called me to set everything up and she gave the impression as if she didn't know what she was doing. Not the most pleasant customer service friendly person when trying to help schedule a new patient. She then proceeds to tell me that Dr O is booked up until April, however, the website stated her next available appointment was March 3rd, do I booked for March 4th. She tells me the website is not up to date.. When I tell her no, I will just find someone else her basic responds was ok, have a nice day Just rude, unconcerned, and bad customer service experience. Not happy at all with this experience Not a good experience as a first time patient.

From the moment I called great services were rendered. I was able to get in to see a doctor that morning and the front desk staff were very friendly and thorough.Dr Jones attentiveness was sincere , thoughtful and professional.I loved the entire visit at the office.

A Christian Doctor fully qualified with great listening skills. Dr is the best. She gives you the facts and let you decide what’s best for you and your health. She gently guide you to making the right decision.

I always have great experiences with the Dr's and nurses at this facility. They have great bedside manners. The only set back and the 4 star rating is due to the new Office Manager LaShawn and her bad customer service. She is totally rude and is the reason I will be looking for another Dr.

I love seeing Dr. O. I feel am heard and cared for. She tries to "treat" me medically the way I'd like. She gives me alternative recommendations and doesn't pressure me to 'do it her way. Now, she doesn't take my insurance atthe time, but I haven't found another PCP like her. She was recommended and I will do the same.

Met Dr. O for the first visit on yesterday (02/07/24), she sat with me for more than just 5 minutes, engaging in conversation about me and my health. I found that to be very comforting. I would recommend visiting if you are in need of a Doctor who actually have time to talk and give you a quality visit!

She encourages lifestyle changes, focus on mental, physical, and spiritual health, and haves you to set health goals in the office. Her medical assistant is kind, welcoming and exudes positive energy. Her lab techs and front desk staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. I am very pleased with the care I receive there.

Awesome people at this facility I have been hear for a few years my company changed ins company so they are no longer in my network I am so sad to be leaving this facility but trust me you will love this staff

Dr O has been absolutely motivating and inspirational to my life. She’s always telling me the truth regarding my health and what my options are. She is not a Dr that just throws medicine at every issues, but pushes for natural ways to address problems first and communicates extremely well.

Gisha listened to.my concerns & talked about follow up plans. She got me in & out quickly due to being over heated and not feeling well because of it. This office is always a little warmer, but during this visit the office , especially the exam rooms felt like an oven..

This office lacks unprofessionalism and communication skills. They waited three days before the appointment to notify me that they no longer accept the insurance. I booked the appointment months in advance and no one reached out to notify me. Having a primary physician is important to have for annual visitations. Now I have to try to find another physician for my daughter and I have no idea how long it will take to get an appointment. This is just unacceptable.

The staff is amazing. Jasmynn was so patient with the lady who was in front of me as I was waiting to check-in. She has to repeat herself a few times and was kind and helpful to the lady. It was great to see the genuine care she took with this lady. Dana is so careful and knowledgeable when it comes to drawing blood. I am a hard stick but she gets it every time and never hurts me. Dr.O is beyond words! The manner in which she listened to my concerns and asked questions to get clarity made me feel heard, understood and cared for! I have already recommended 4 people who are now patients due to me sharing my experience.

From the moment you walk in, through your visit with Dr. O, you feel a part of a family. Dr O is so attentive not just to your health but to your personal well being. I had to have blood drawn and it was quick and easy. Love the one stop shop! Highly revommend!

I came in for a follow up appt and Sonya the nurse ask me about the flu shot I always get them and she went and got one and I have to brag that is the first shot I honestly never felt the needle! Unbelievable!!!! So get her to give you the shot so you can see what I am saying…I love the office staff they are always so welcoming and on top of things. This is a wonderful place and I love Dr O she is so on top of everything and one of the best.

I’ve been going to this office for over a year now and like it but this was my first time seeing Dr. Gisha Regi and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and was very attentive. I would recommend her and the practice to others . However, just make sure you reiterate what it is you’re trying to get through to them because there’s been some confusion with the payments and prices and it has put me in a rut but other than that it’s a pretty good office .

Dr O is personable and amazing. She listens to you as the patient and together come up with the best plan or treatment for you. I love it here. The staff is friendly and professional as well. This is like the Chic-fil-la of doctor offices.

I am a Christian who loves God and to see that boldly displayed in a doctor's office in 2023 shows that Dr. O proudly loves God and is Heaven sent to help heal and cure God's people.
