I like doing Nexplanon removals and placements!

Nexplanon is a long term contraceptive implant used for pregnancy prevention.

Takes a couple of minutes but I get to know my patients even more 

We chat about anxiety 

What people are actually afraid of

And how we can negotiate a different outlook

That keeps one thriving in spite of past trauma

One small or big step at a time 

We talk podcasts to listen to 

Rehash past victories 

And laugh out our bloopers in life 

She drove 2 hrs to see me .. Had moved since we met but didn’t want to trade the experience

We talked Telehealth in between drives and the importance of a medical home

She insisted on this one!
