Dr. O is always the same, absolutely amazing…You don’t feel rushed and she’s always sharing how you can improve your health by exercising and eating healthy…If something doesn’t work for you…she has options. She is a blessing to me and my family. The entire Livingspring staff is awesome. Thank you all for your exceptional service.

I saw Dr Jones for both of my visits and she is great. However, when I called and requested an appointment with Dr O I was informed she was booked up so I scheduled the next available appointment, or so I thought, with her. Only to be scheduled with Dr Jones. 2nd appointment was scheduled with Dr O, or so I thought, and it was with Dr Gish. Took time out to attend my tele appointment to get results only for the results not to be available and had to reschedule again. I was referred to Dr O by a friend so that is who I wanted to see. Nonetheless, both providers I saw/spoke to was pleasant but the clinic staff should be honest and transparent with new patients.

She was very informative with my results. I didn't feel rushed like I have in the past with other doctors. She allowed me to ask questions! The whole atmosphere of LivingSpring is an amazing experience!

Very disappointed. I am a new patient and went online to schedule my appointment after reading all the great reviews.
Well, the young lady at the office called me to set everything up and she gave the impression as if she didn't know what she was doing. Not the most pleasant customer service friendly person when trying to help schedule a new patient.
She then proceeds to tell me that Dr O is booked up until April, however, the website stated her next available appointment was March 3rd, do I booked for March 4th.
She tells me the website is not up to date.. When I tell her no, I will just find someone else her basic responds was ok, have a nice day Just rude, unconcerned, and bad customer service experience.
Not happy at all with this experience

From the moment I called great services were rendered. I was able to get in to see a doctor that morning and the front desk staff were very friendly and thorough.Dr Jones attentiveness was sincere , thoughtful and professional.I loved the entire visit at the office.

A Christian Doctor fully qualified with great listening skills. Dr is the best. She gives you the facts and let you decide what’s best for you and your health. She gently guide you to making the right decision.

Everybody at the office is great! They treat you as family. Very happy to meet Dr Regi, always so kind and takes the time to explain everything to the Patient. Also Chieu the assistant was great! Very patience and kind to me. Great in general!

I love seeing Dr O and her fabulous staff. This is medical care at its best! Dr O is thorough with her exams, and prompt with appts. She even has Quest in her offices for lab work drawn there. Results are fast and you are able to view the results as well. This is a top notch facility and thrilled to have as my primary care! I highly recommend them you will not be dissappoint

I always have great experiences with the Dr's and nurses at this facility. They have great bedside manners. The only set back and the 4 star rating is due to the new Office Manager LaShawn and her bad customer service. She is totally rude and is the reason I will be looking for another Dr.
