About the Guest Speaker:
Dr. Vanosia S. Faison was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School, she studied Biology at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee.
 
She then completed a Master of Science in Biology at Alabama State University, and stayed there for a year as part of the faculty before starting medical school. Medical training took place at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan followed by a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Dayton, Ohio. She then moved to Durham, North Carolina and worked for two years as a hospitalist, followed by serving the medical director at a nursing home.
 
Dr. Faison has 7 years experience in the FQHC setting, including 3 years as a Chief Medical Officer. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 4 year old son, reading, and shopping. Dr. Faison is excited about joining the medical staff at Health Services, Inc.

Dr. Tolulope Olabintan MD, AAHIVS, FAAFP, dipABLM Dr. Tolulope Olabintan is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Livingspring Family Medical Center. She is a Christian, Family Physician, writer, mentor, mother and wife. She takes joy in empowering her patients and readers to live their fullest lives possible. Dr. Olabintan completed her medical degree at UMDNJ Rutgers Medical School in 2007. Dr. O went on to finish her Family Medicine Residency from Albert Einstein College of Medicine Family Medicine residency where she also served as a Chief Resident. She then went on to complete a women’s health/surgical obstetrics fellowship at St Francis hospital in 2011. She is a board-certified Family Physician, Lifestyle Medicine, a HIV specialist and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
