Now they are fighting over Mila
My children
It’s the microcut chia seeds I shared with you many moons-of-a-post ago
They put it in yogurt
The 2G sugar kind
Sometimes they put it in oatmeal
They refused to put it in cereal
But I’m hiding it still in their pancakes
They can’t tell the difference and I’m feeling like a G
“That’s too much” says child one
“It’s healthy so it’s never too much” says child two
Me in my thoughts: It’s working!
Everyone can change.
You included.
I used to beg them.
Even bribe them.
Now they fight over it and I’m not involved!
Come visit. I help you so you are empowered AND encouraged to do better so you FEEL better to enjoy your tomorrow and years after!
