I pet a spider the other day
My daughter found it
Under a carpet somewhere
Webby Webster is his name
It was more exciting than screen time so I played along
I found a container for it
And fed it raisins
I used to be scared of bugs
But knowing the advantage of less screen time without fussing I played along
I did it afraid
She beamed
I let Webby crawl on my hand
Even I was stunned
Our guests were also
But I did it afraid
For the greater good
Eating veggies not as scary as touching a spider …
So be encouraged
Eat it scared
Green and all
I’m rooting and hooting for you!
For the greater good… veggies are good fuel that can help reverse and prevent disease!
