I “coached” on my son’s soccer team!
I ran on the side lines and shouted “go warriors” with every attempt to hit the ball.
I think I screamed it
I jogged and ran and walked and yeah I screamed more too
My daughter didn’t have a game that day
So she joined me…
We got tired of screaming so ..
We walked and talked
Mommy daughter stuff too … heart to heart while walking!
We did a mile or so easy while chatting
Without planning to ..
My daughter and I exercised together!
To my soccer mom and dads …
That’s how you … I mean we… get the exercise in…
Without much thought!
Why?
All in our own contribution to living long and well!
Cheers to you doing the needful!
Soccer mom,
Dr. O
