May I saddle you with this thought?
"Be kind to yourself!"
(You expected something in the "wow-zer" category didn't you?)
My son taught me this a few weeks ago.
Reflecting on how to move on from the guilt of a mistake.
Hear me out...please.
In conversations with my patients I hear the unkindness.
I ask ..say you were seated on the chair next to me and you were to advise yourself by stepping outside of yourself...
What would “you” say to you?
This month
Be kind to yourself.
Say words that lift your spirits up...that build you up.
Even if you don't believe it.
Say it.
In time, said enough and eventually acted out...
You'll live out the impossible.
What do you have to lose?
I'm rooting for you!
I'm praying for you!
In health,
Dr O
